Who's ready for a challenge and Giveaway??!?!?

Hi to all my crafty friends....

In celebration of my favorite month, season, and pending holiday (Halloween), I thought it would be the perfect time to sponsor a challenge and giveaway.  :)

I've had this shopping bag in my stash for a few months, with intention of cutting it up and using it on a layout or two.  (way cool, huh?)

BUT, before I cut into it, I thought it would be fun to use it as an inspiration piece for a project challenge and giveaway - Ready for the details??

In order to be eligible for the giveaway, you must do the following....

1.  Become a follower of my blog.  Leave a comment below saying you are now a follower.
2.  If you are already a follower, leave a comment stating that you are already a follower.
3.  For another chance at the giveaway, create a project (card, layout, altered item, mixed media piece, etc.) using the above as an inspiration piece.  Leave a comment below with a link to your project stating what inspired you about the picture.

I will randomly choose a winner from all comments posted to this post.  The challenge is open until October 10th at midnight Mountain Standard Time.

The challenge and giveaway is also open to all of my international crafty followers.  Please feel free to participate.

Want some more inspiration???

Here are some close-ups of the bag.

and it you still need more inspiration, here is the layout I created using this as inspiration.

I still have to pull together the yummy stuff for the giveaway, so as soon as I get it together, I will try and post a picture.

I can't wait to see your creations.

Have a crafty week!

I made a card from the photo inspiration too! :) It looked a lot prettier, but I smudged some black ink on it and so I just smeared ink over the whole thing to cover it up. :P http://craftyscrapbooker.blogspot.com/2011/10/challenges-challenges-challenges.html
